NYMF MEETING SPACE COORDINATOR
Skill set needed:
Ability to create the environment hat meets the complex needs for an enjoyable Focusing event.
Responsibilities include:
- identifying appropriate meeting space.
- making arrangements to secure that space for the dates set by the PG for the meetings during the coming year.
- arranging with the Finance Coordinator to pay for the meeting space
- ensuring that tables, chairs, coat racks, heating/cooling, lighting, etc., are sufficiently provided.
- arriving early at each meeting to set up the meeting space while allowing enough time to participate in the pre-meeting gathering of the Planning Group and Presenter/s.
- cleaning up, as required.
