NYMF FOOD and BEVERAGE COORDINATOR
Skill set needed:
Enjoyment and willingness to plan, shop and prepare for the evening's refreshments.
Responsibilities include:
- purchasing Supplies for each meeting - plates, napkins, plastic ware, permanent serving dishes/containers.
- purchasing, or arranging for, any food and beverages - as decided by the Planning Group - needed for each NYMF meeting. Possibilities include water, tea, cheeses, veggies, fruit, hummos, pita, cookies.
- arriving early for the meeting to arrange food table, leaving enough time to participate in the pre-meeting gathering of the Planning Group and Presenter/s.
- cleaning up, storing or holding for safekeeping unused or reusable items for the next meeting.
