NYMF FOOD and BEVERAGE COORDINATOR


Skill set needed:
Enjoyment and willingness to plan, shop and prepare for the evening's refreshments.

Responsibilities include:
  1. purchasing  Supplies for each meeting - plates, napkins, plastic ware, permanent serving dishes/containers.
  2. purchasing, or arranging for, any food and beverages  - as decided by the Planning Group - needed for each NYMF meeting.  Possibilities include water, tea, cheeses, veggies, fruit, hummos, pita, cookies.
  3. arriving early for the meeting to arrange food table, leaving enough time to participate in the pre-meeting gathering of the Planning Group and Presenter/s.
  4. cleaning up, storing or holding for safekeeping unused or reusable items for the next meeting.
