Focusing Conversation Practice Group
with Lynn Preston
Focusing has been known primarily as a way of helping people to “go inside” and connect with their larger body knowing. Recently there has been a growing interest in how Focusing can generate genuine heartfelt connections and authentic dialogue. In this group we will practicing the art of Focusing group conversation, making the often implicit Focusing movements more explicit and developing the skills derived from Focusing and TAE (“Thinking at the Edge”) for facilitating group process.
This group is open to all those who know some Focusing and want to learn more about genuine conversation.
It meets every other Monday from 9:45 to 11:30 a.m. -- currently online due to Covid-19.
Suggested donation of $30 per session, or whatever is comfortable for you (not a requirement).
