RESTORING CONNECTION:
Experiencing True Joy
Elizabeth Lehmann, MA, MSW, LCSW

“I have had the privilege of experiencing the richness of the
Restoring Connection model:
astonishingly profound experiences have occurred in the process.
This model truly offers a path to mind, body and spirit integration.
Elizabeth sensitively and skillfully facilitates experiential discovery and
connection to our most essential dimensions.”

Kate Waldron, Ph.D., R. N.

First publicly presented to an enthusiastically welcoming audience at last year’s International Focusing Conference, we are pleased to have Elizabeth present “Restoring Connection.”  This is a work in progress that organically emerged from within a Focusing-based experiential study group led by Elizabeth. Anyone interested in personal growth and development is encouraged to attend.

Elizabeth is a Focusing-oriented psychotherapist and trainer who has a private practice in New York City and who also leads experiential study groups and workshops. Through the Focusing Institute she has had the privilege of teaching these workshops: “Introduction to Focusing;” “Expanding Your Focusing Experience;” “Focusing As An Underpinning for EMDR;” “Introduction to Focusing Oriented Therapy.”

For more information about “Restoring Connection” and her planned presentation, please go to: http://restoringconnection.blogspot.com/

Also, enjoy our FOCUSING COMMUNITY MARKETPLACE: In a lively exchange with others in our community, this is a time and place to share your Focusing projects, workshops and trainings and make known what other goods and services you have to offer.  Bring flyers and brochures for our literature table.

Please INVITE FRIENDS and COLLEAGUES: Whilst our meetings are not introductions to Focusing, we hope newcomers get some taste of the Focusing experience and are motivated to learn more by taking an Introduction to Focusing workshop.

Suggested Contribution: $20 to cover rental and refreshment expenses. Cash only please since we are not able to take credit cards or checks. Those new to Focusing are our guests for their first New York Metro Focusing meeting.

Dates of Future NYMF Meetings: June 12, Sept 18, Dec 4. For advance details, contact cyncall@aol.com with a request to go onto our email list.
