NY Metro Focusing community meetings offer an opportunity to engage in a felt sensing, interactive exploration of topics of interest.  Our conversational process encourages slowing down, listening from a felt sensing place, and letting what we hear resonate within to bring something new and fresh, both within ourselves and within the group.

Tonight's event will involve deepening our understanding and experience of  our relating process.

Program:
GETTING TO RELATING:  "Fitting In, Pouring Out, and Relating"- an unpublished manuscript by Eugene Gendlin.

"How can both of us be present and live from ourselves, rather than neither, or only one or the
other?   That is a state our society has not reached.  It's new territory."  From "Fitting In Pouring Out
     and Relating."

In our Focusing exploration this evening, we will use this paper as a framework to explore our experiences as we enter this NEW TERRITORY of RELATING.

We encourage you to read this paper prior to coming to the meeting.  Please click here to download a copy of the paper:  http://www.focusingresources.com/_private_/reading_pdf/Fitting-In2.pdf
